The story a message to Garcia was a story about a man named Garcia who was hiding away from the president. The president named McKinley was in need of talking to Garcia but, Garcia had no interest in talking to the president, so that was why he was hiding. The president knew a man named Rowan who he knew that if anyone could do the job, it was Rowan. So he gave Rowan a letter to give to Garcia for him to read so the president still delivers the message, but since Garcia didn't want to talk, he didn't have too. But it was still a tough job for Rowan because he had to find Garcia and he had been hiding for a while and it was not going to be an easy find. Rowan ended up finding Garcia after only 3 weeks which was very impressive and he delivered the letter.
The story was written in a strange form that we will rarely see today what so ever. But back then when this story was made this was a popular writing form, and this story actually went viral.
